Slacking is the name of the game. The name of the game is slacking.

And by slacking I mean doing nothing until 9:00am tomorrow morning other than study like a mad woman for my micronutrients test I have tomorrow. It's pretty much the hardest class in my entire program. It kind of makes you want to do crazy things. Like style your hair like this.

But don't worry. So far I've resisted temptation. Instead of blogging for you today, I picked an old, random blog I'm going to repost below. Enjoy!

Are you human?
If you answered yes to the previous question, you probably have some things in your life that you would like to change. Chances are, those little issues are easier to ignore day to day, rather than working on fixing them. Ignoring them is like trying to ignore a giant elephant in the room. Some days you don't notice it too much. The tusks blend in with the light fixtures. The wrinkly skin is kinda like the carpet. But some days, it drives you absolutely nuts and you just want the elephant OUT.
Still don't know what I mean?
Maybe you want to start eating healthier and lose weight.
Maybe there's someone you need to forgive.
Maybe you want to go back to school or achieve a similar ambitious goal.
Maybe you hate your job.
Maybe there's something about your personality you really want to change.
Maybe there's a wrong you need to right.
Maybe you're just ignoring the mess you call your room.
All situations are easier to ignore day to day, than really tackle them and make changes!
But the odds are that if you answered yes to that initial question, you can relate to one or all to the previous scenarios. I decided today to work on some of those I have in my life. And you know what? It's exciting! I have a poster above my desk that I made that says, "you are what you choose". Change is hard, but it is possible! My day of improvement included making some important phone calls, working out, and getting organized. If I can do it, you definitely can.
It's harder at first, but in the long run, it's easier than ignoring it and trying to live with it-whether it's as small as getting organized or as big as really changing a piece of your personality. If you didn't catch on, the problem to solve is the girlfriend in the video, or the really creepy bear. If you're perfect and your life is perfect and you have nothing to change, at least you got to see a sweet music video.

I definitely needed to read that! I love elephants, but not when they're a distraction. d:

Was that room needing to be worked on aimed at me? |:< Whether it was or wasn't, I do need to work on that.
