This is Indian

Not this:

Just so we're clear.
My husband, however, would disagree.
Therefore, we decided to go with this one:
It works out pretty okay because I like this one too. Plus, it matches the rug we already have. Hoo-rah! Maybe one day he'll give me free range with decor :) I'll post a picture when I finish decorating the bathroom. And by "decorating" I mean buying whatever I can find cheap with giftcards we already have. I have already found some cute stuff!

Clint and I watched a movie last night. It was my turn to pick. Not that we really do turns, but I figured we were due for a chick flick.

It was pretty good! I don't know if I would recommend it. It's a pretty slow movie and it used the "f" word which I absolutely hate. It makes me feel icky. It seems like Jack Nicholson always has to use that word in the movies he is in. For that reason I probably wouldn't watch it again. But other than that it was pretty good. It was uplifting.
It left with a really good message.
If you plan on seeing this movie- minor spoiler alert! So there's this part where this man is proposing to his girlfriend. He talks about how he's somewhat of a "failure" without much of a career or money to show for himself. However, he knows that he loves this woman for all that she is and that that, in and of itself, is a worthwhile purpose he can serve in her life. He says other guys may have more money, a better career, whatever. But they might try to change her, and that was a risk he didn't want to take.
I wish I could phrase it as eloquently as he did. She is a worrier. Most people see this as a bad thing while he sees that she worries because she has such an incredible heart- something he would never want to change.
It's a really incredible sentiment when you think about it.
You might strive trying to find someone who can give you more, when finding someone who loves you to the core is much more important.

Don't you just love weekends?!
Do you have any fun plans?

I have to agree with Clint as it looks Indian in the sense of Bollywood :-D I like it, too, but I can see why a man probably wouldn't. I'm pretty sure mine would have a remark about it, too ^^

That's good that you were able to agree on the curtain. :) that one is great too. And the matching rug is a plus!!

1. I wish Scott would let me have more free reign with decor, but he insists on "agreeing" on everything! ha!

2. I HATED that movie. I thought it was sooooo slow/boring, but maybe that's because I was expecting something different and/or funnier.
