pure evil.

And by pure evil I mean pure bliss. Pure deliciousness. Pure love. Pure happiness. Me and Dr. Pepper have a love hate relationship, emphasis on the love. Even though my number on the scale is exactly the same, I feel like I've gained ten pounds over the holidays (wah wah wahhh). My solution? I hope you're sitting down. I'm going to ban the delicious liquid-of-the-gods from my body until that number on the scale goes down 5 big ones! Not by just starving myself for a few days. By losing it the REAL way. Even though five pounds doesn't make a huge difference in appearance, it's all about being healthy. So, if you see me drinking Dr Pepper over the next few weeks, knock it out of my hand and I'll drop and give you 20. or 50. or 100. depending on the size of that DP I was holding. Wish me luck!

I did the same thing when I was addicted to Coke back in 9th grade. I love 10 lbs in the first month when I gave up drinking 1+ cans a day. That was my New Years Resolution for that year. I did very well for about 5 months. Yes, I go through stages. I always feel better when I DON'T drink the sodas...but sometimes they are just too good to resist. I go back and forth between Coke and DP. eek! Well good luck and I know you can do it. =]

I think you have inspired me to do the same thing. Although I am pregnant and supposed to be gaining weight I still need to be at a healthy weight. And the caffeine definitely isn't great for the peanut. ha oops. I just love me some dr pepper.

That handsome man of yours should support you by going from a brown drink to a clear one. He'd be able to co-miserate with you. Isn't that part of a relationship?

Hahaha, my soda of choice is Coke. I have a similar relationship to it. I don't know if I could give it up though... so kudos to you!
