What nice thoughts, right? Am I pessimistic if I find this unrealistic? How the heck am I supposed to find the time to wake up 15 minutes earlier, get to work earlier, get enough sleep, write everything down, plant a tree, and throw a paper airplane? Now I'm stressed about all the things I have to do to cope with stress!!

This stress list is stressful. I espeically love "exercise every day," "Do it today," and "always have a plan B." That would add an hour of work every day. Good luck with finals!
Well, it would be unrealistic if you tried to do all of these at once! I think the list is indirectly suggesting that you do only a few at a time.
